Pet Product News Staff Oct 6, 2021 / — Independent Pet Partners (IPP) and Instacart have teamed up to bring same-day delivery of essential pet goods from the store to customers’ doors in as fast as an hour in cities across the U.S., company officials revealed.
IPP operates the Loyal Companion, Chuck & Don’s Pet Food & Supplies, Kriser’s Natural Pet and Natural Pawz stores nationwide.
Same-day delivery with IPP provides customers greater access to the retailer’s assortment of pet food—including its exclusive Roosevelt brand— supplies, accessories, treats, toys and more, officials said.
“We’re thrilled to be able to offer pet parents the ultimate convenience of getting pet wellness on demand through Instacart,“ said Tricia Nichols, chief marketing officer at IPP. “With this exciting platform, we are offering more options for pet parents to access our highly curated collection of all-natural pet food and supplies right to their doorstep, right away.”
In the past year, Instacart has seen pet-related categories increase on the marketplace. Of note, treat purchases have increased for both dogs and cats.

To celebrate the launch of same-day delivery, customers can receive $10 off their order of $35 using codes 10CHUCKNDONS, 10NATURALPAWZ, 10LOYALCOMPANION and 10FORKRISERS until Dec. 31. Additionally, customers will receive free samples of Roosevelt dog food through Oct. 31 or while supplies last.
